When you buy land from us, we provide you the opportunity to get your money back through an annual return for your land use. After buying land from us, and you don't want to build yet, you can subscribe to our Agricultural Plan by signing a Memorandom of Understanding that clearly states the terms and conditions, scope, and responsibilities of the parties associated with the agricultural investment service offered by Havenland Properties and Agro Ventures.

Earn ROLU on your Land Annually

HavenLand Properties & Agro Ventures believes that land ownership is right for everyone, and does have notable benefits when turned into an investment that brings in returns. Havenland Properties sells lands in plots and acres while affording the land buyers the unique opportunity to earn annual returns for a period of years as provided by the Agricultural Investment plan. The land buyer/owner is paid Returns on Land Use (Referred to hereafter as ROLU) commensurate with the size of their lands (Plots or Acres).
