Can I see the land or property?
Absolutely! Contact us to let us know when you would like to tour the property or check the land.
Our focus is to ensure you have the best feel of the property so as to support your buying and renting decision.

Are your lands free from government acquisition and all forms of encumbrances?
Yes! We also support buyers to get the red copy of their lands.

Application Process

Is there an application fee?
No, it is free to apply to check any land or tour any property.

Why are the prices different at the same land or property?
Our lands and properties are owned by different landlords. Each have their own expectations & prices. Also, lands inside may be priced less than the ones on the road even if it's same location.

How do I get accepted to buy or rent land or property?
Applicantions to buy land or property are subject to an agreement and an approval at the owner’s discretion.

How long is the application process?
Typically 1-2 business days. It may take more or less time depending on the agent & landlord.

How long are the leasing terms?
No less than 12 months.

Utilities

What utilities are included in the rent?
Not all properties include utilities. If there are any utilities included, they will be stated in the comment section of the rental list.

Who are the utility providers?
You may verify utilities upon application approval with the property manager.

What appliances are included?
Most appliances are included except at some of our rental houses, in which case you may need to provide your own refrigerator.
